- 1 cup fresh blackberries cut the large ones in half

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

For the Lemon Blackberry Loaf
- Preheat your oven to 350° F. Position the rack to the middle of the oven. Spray or grease a 4.5 x 8.5" loaf pan and set aside.
