- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- ½ cup Brown sugar light or dark, packed
- ½ cup Sugar granulated
- 1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cup Flour
- 1½ teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1½ teaspoon Cinnamon ground
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves ground
Spray the bread machine pan with non stick cooking spray, even if it's a non stick pan. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil to the bread machine pan.
1 cup Pumpkin puree, 2 Eggs, ¼ cup Vegetable oil
Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla to the pan.
½ cup Brown sugar, ½ cup Sugar, 1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices to the pan last.

Select the quick bread cycle and press start.
When the bread machine cycle is complete, remove the loaf from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
